OUT OF THIS WORLD

Quando penso que j� n�o vou mudar mais de champ�, eis que aparece na minha vida o Dercos para cabelos sensibilizados pintados da Vichy. 

Este produto que n�o cont�m sulfatos nem parabenos, mudou a minha vis�o acerca dos champ�s que n�o fazem espuma. Ou seja, para mim, um bom champ� tinha que obrigatoriamente fazer espuma para sentir o cabelo lavado. 

Este da Vichy � uma descoberta espacial. Confesso que quando comecei a lavar o cabelo pensei logo: �Outro para a cole��o da prateleira�! Eis sen�o quando, come�o a sentir logo no decorrer da lavagem o cabelo sedoso, lavado, macio, brilhante�n�o tenho adjetivos. O que � certo � que arrisquei e n�o coloquei amaciador porque achei o cabelo hidratado. Penteio-me e voil�! Cabelo com um movimento fant�stico sem ficar pesado.

Conclus�o: Vou fazer uma pausa no que usava, um fant�stico da K�rastase, e mantenho-me com este.  Parece que vai ser uma rela��o duradoura e renovada. 

Vantagens: Tem uma �tima rela��o qualidade/pre�o, o facto da embalagem ser com doseador ajuda imenso na poupan�a do produto e � um champ� de uso frequente. S� tenho a ganhar. E voc�s tamb�m!

When I thought not to change shampoo anymore, it appears Dercos by Vichy for sensitized colored hair. This product with parabens and sulfate free changed my vision regarding non-foaming shampoos. That�s to say a shampoo should obligatory  to do  some foam in order for me to feel the hair well washed.

This one from Vichy it�s a space discovery. I confess that when I started washing hair, I thought: �another one for my shelf�s collection�! But when I started washing the hair, I felt It was well washed, silky, bright and soft...I have no adjectives. Sure is that I risked and I did not used any conditioner because the hair was well hydrated. I�ve  brushed it and voil�! Hair with a fantastic movement without being heavy.

Conclusion: I�m  doing a break with that one I was using, a fantastic one from K�rastase and I�ll keep this one. It seems that will be a lasting and renewed relationship.

Advantages:  Has a good ratio quality/price,  the  dosing package helps a lot to save the product and it�s a frequent use shampoo. I only have to win. And you too!

SEATTLE. THE BEGINNING OF EVERYTHING.

Seattle had always been a peaceful and quiet town, only dominated by some factories (Boeing and Microsoft), and dealing, day after day, with the unemployment problem. 

Something was in the air...the rage and frustration of a young generation was starting the develop and to be expressed, especially in the music. The early '90s was the big boom of grunge music: Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden, Alice In Chains and Stone Temple Pilots were the special ones. 

"Smells like teen Spirit" from Nirvana, became the song of a whole generation. It expressed the disappointment caused by the government and the lyrics became a credo to some. Their musics were powerful but also melodic. Fashion starts to pay attention to this movement, and soon messy hair, chess flannel shirts were all over the corner and the kids started to dress like her idols.

But shit happens (always with my fave bands). Soon TV and newspapers became interested in everything about their lives, that started to be a perfect hell. Everything they did, in the day after, was written in the newspaper criticizing them to the limit ("Printin' lies, startin' controversy", you know) #fuckthetabloidpress.

After this movement the history of music will never be same again. Grunge music's like a colorful salad but with too much vinegar (I love it). It's got a philosophy and a film ("Singles") it arouses the world to their real problems. I just have one thing to say: Thank you!

Eddie Vedder is one of the small amount who is facing the reality straight.

PERSONAL JESUS

O Papa Francisco est� a chegar a F�tima e Portugal parou. Gosto deste Papa, � boa onda! Sou cat�lica n�o praticante, contudo tenho boas recorda��es do meu tempo de catequese (excepto a parte das beatas que iam � igreja todos os domingos e eram as primeiras a criticar os outros).
As melhores recorda��es foram os encontros de jovens. Fazia sempre imensas amizades e conheci uns mi�dos bem giros e porreiros de cabelo comprido (sim, eu tinha um affair por cabelos compridos).

Este moodboard � obviamente inspirado em crucifixos, um elemento que gosto bastante de usar em pulseiras, fios, whatever.

Pope Francisco is coming to Fatima so Portugal just cracked like an hacker on your device ahah. I like Him and his humble vibe! I�m a catholic yet not filled out, although the good memories I have from catechism (except that hypocritical people enjoying all of the stitches and rumors after church) might be the youth meetings, a lot of friendships and cute guys with long hair (yes, I had an affair with long hair in my youth).
Obviously this moodboard is inspired in crosses, a great element to use in jewelry for example, to emphasize a bold look.

Corpo em forma todo o ano � f�cil se usarmos o c�rebro. N�o nos adianta desculpas, nem colocar a culpa nos outros. Temos de ter for�a de vontade; comer bem, fazer exerc�cio (eu salto � corda e fa�o alongamentos) e usar religiosamente um bom creme de corpo (firmeza, anti-celul�tico, hidratante...).  Aten��o: quando falo em comer bem � evitar doces, gorduras saturadas, sal, n�o tem nada a ver com aquelas coisas verdinhas ??.

Ah e nada de desculpas de que fomos m�es h� pouco tempo, porque a gravidez � um estado que envolve respeito pelo nosso corpo e pelo filho que estamos � espera. (h� exce��es, claro, em caso de doen�a).

Acho de um mau gosto ver mulheres a criticar forte e feio outras que s� ganharam barriga durante a gravidez, n�o engordaram e recuperaram logo a forma (Irina Shayk, por exemplo)! � suposto ganhar s� barriga (e mamocas, yeah - eu tive "silicone" de gra�a durante 9 meses e enquanto estive a amamentar)!
Segui o que o meu m�dico me disse e tive uma gravidez normal�ssima, ficando logo em forma. N�o passei fome! Espreitem aqui a minha gravidez com 8 meses e pouco.
Respeitem-se umas �s outras!

Body in shape all year is easy if we use the brain. We don't need more excuses, we don't need to blame the others. We must have willpower; eat well, doing some exercise (I love jump rope, I also do some stretchings) and religiously put a good body cream (firming, anti-cellulite or moisturizing...). Pay attention: when I speak about eating well is to avoid pastries, saturated fats, salt, it has nothing to do with those weird greenest things ??.

Oh and no excuses that we were mothers recently, because pregnancy is a state that involves respect for our body and  for the son we're expecting (they are exceptions in case of disease, of course).

I hate to see women criticizing others who gets just a big belly during her pregnancy instead of carrying some extra weight, getting in shape quickly (Irina Shayk, for example)! It is supposed to only develop a big belly (and breasts, yeah - I had silicone for free during 9 months and while I was breastfeeding)! 
I listened what my doctor said to me and I had a very normal pregnancy, soon I had my old shape back, without starving though! Check here  my pregnancy with about 8 months.
Women! Be kind to each others!

Aqui encontro sempre ruas, recantos interessantes para fotografar. Esta cidade tem uma m�stica especial que sempre me encantou, talvez por isso tenha regressado.

Here I always find streets, intriguing and lovely corners to shoot. This city has a special mystique that has always attracted me, I think that's the reason I came back.
