Voltar ao Porto � sempre um prazer! A �ltima vez que estive na cidade invicta foi para assistir ao 37� Portugal Fashion, no qual fui distinguida como Portugal Fashion Top Blogger e tive a oportunidade de ir a Paris (PFW) com a comitiva de jornalistas convidada pela organiza��o. Podem ver aqui e aqui.

Desta vez passei a noite no Porto para conhecer um pouco mais desta linda e m�stica cidade. Atravessei a Ponte D. Lu�s e passei tamb�m na Torre dos Cl�rigos. Para a pr�xima vez tenho que ir ao fabuloso Caf� Majestic e � Livraria Lello. Esta livraria tem uma bel�ssima fachada neo-g�tica e umas lindas escadas vermelhas com madeiras bastante requintadas.

Uma curiosidade interessante � que a escritora J.K. Rowling inspirou-se nesta livraria do Porto para escrever o livro Harry Potter. Sei disto porque a simp�tica e gentil senhora que nos recebeu no Belomonte Guest House nos explicou.

Return to Oporto is always a pleasure! The last time I've been in the Invicta city was to attend the 37th Portugal Fashion where I won the Portugal Fashion Top Blogger and had the opportunity to go to Paris (PFW) with the press invited by Portugal Fashion. You can check here and here.

This time I stayed a night to discovery a little bit of this beautiful and mystical city. I crossed the D. Luis Bridge and also went at the Clerigos Tower. Next time I have to go to the fanciful Majestic Cafe and to the Lello library. Lello's bookstore has a beautiful neo-gothic front and when you walk through the doors of this bookstore you�ll notice that there is a marvelous red stairway and the wooden walls are also very exquisite.

An curiosity is that J.K. Rowling�s inspiration to write Harry Potter has begun in Oporto, in this library. I know this because the gentle and kind lady who received us in the Belomonte Guest House, explained to us.

A Lion of Porches apresenta o tema Urban British Rock, inspirado na cultura musical dos anos 70, propondo pe�as mais ousadas e glamourosas. Uma fus�o original entre o estilo da �poca com uma abordagem mais contempor�nea. Os pluralismos presentes desde sempre na cultura e moda brit�nicas traduzem-se em silhuetas irreverentes, que por sua vez se conjugam com xadrezes, losangos, tartans e tweeds tradicionais, conferindo � cole��o um esp�rito Rock & Roll Chic. Veludos em minissaias, vestidos e cal��es, franjas, ponchos, cal�as � boca-de-sino, camur�as, oxfords em pele polida e em verniz, padr�es de pintas, la�adas e avivados em pele destacam-se nesta esta��o e d�o origem a pe�as irreverentes e cheias de cor. Pe�as essas que, quando coordenadas, resultam em looks singulares mas harmoniosos, mantendo o requinte t�o caracter�stico da Lion of Porches.

Lion of Porches is presenting the Urban British Rock theme, inspired by the musical culture of the 1970s and proposing more daring and glamorous items. An original fusion between the style of the time and a more contemporary approach. The pluralism that has always been present in British culture and fashion has been translated into irreverent silhouettes which are then combined with traditional checks, diamond patterns, tartans and tweeds, giving the collection a Rock & Roll Chic spirit. Velvet in mini-skirts, dresses and shorts, fringes, ponchos, bell-bottom trousers, suede, polished leather and varnished oxfords, polka dots, bows and leather piping stand out this season and give rise to irreverent items filled with colour. When coordinated, these items result in unique, yet harmonious, looks, maintaining the elegance that is so characteristic of Lion of Porches.

ALEXANDRA MOURA | FALL WINTER 2016/17 | PORTUGAL FASHION

N�o vamos apanhar um resfriado com as propostas apresentadas por Alexandra Moura para o pr�ximo outono-inverno! A criadora portuguesa mostrou-nos grandes e opulentos casacos feitos em l�, uns verdadeiros cobertores ("cobertor de papa") que combinam muito bem com os vestidos rom�nticos �s flores.

Preto, cor de vinho e azul �ndigo s�o as cores princcipais para esta esta��o fria. A cole��o liberta-se numa mistura de caracter�sticas femininas e masculinas num �nico ser, esp�rito e energia, da� o nome "WoMan".

Foi um bom regresso de Alexandra Moura ao Portugal Fashion no Porto, ao fim de duas d�cadas. A criadora apresentou tamb�m a sua cole��o na �ltima "London Fashion Week" com o apoio do Portugal Fashion.

We will not have a cold with the Alexandra Moura's proposals for next fall-winter! One of the most international Portuguese designers showed us opulent and oversized blanket coats made in wool ("Pope's blanket"), which combine highly with the romantic and dramatic dresses with little flowers. Black, Bordeaux and indigo blue are the main colours for the cold season. The "WoMan" collection is released on a mixture of (fe)male�s characteristics in one human being, spirit and energy.

It was a nice return to Alexandra Moura at Portugal Fashion in Oporto, after two decades. The fashion dessigner also presented her collection at London Fashion Week with the support of Portugal Fashion.
